I’m proud of the products we create at Kuma Outdoor, and personally make sure that all our items are designed to provide you with the most benefit – durable, easy to use, comfortable, and guaranteed to increase your enjoyment of the great outdoors. After all, I design these products for my own outdoor adventures, too.
All Kuma Outdoor product go through a post-production quality assurance check. An experienced professional inspector, specializing in the type of product being produced, inspects our products prior to them being shipped to Amazon’s fulfillment warehouses.

What is the Kuma Satisfaction Guarantee?
It begins with a one-year guarantee that you will be satisfied with the product. This gives you enough time to shake it out on your adventures – see how it performs for you, how it fits, how much you like it. Make sure it really was designed properly.
And then, there’s the lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Although we can’t cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage from improper use, we do cover anything that goes wrong because of something that wasn’t done properly in our factory.
